Students have the opportunity to choose one of three specializations at the very beginning: (1) Automatic Control, (2) Electronics and Telecommunication, or (3) Data Science, which allows the development path to be tailored to individual interests. Here you will learn how to create integrated industrial production systems, program industrial controllers, logic and microelectronic systems, design sensor networks, take care of the security of computer systems, create terrestrial network and mobile telecommunications solutions, design and verify digital systems, program in hardware description languages, use and create artificial intelligence models for data analysis or create cloud systems - depending on the specialty.
Dla kogo
This master’s programme is ideal for people who are passionate about automation, electronics, embedded systems, robotics, control, and intelligent systems. It suits those who enjoy both programming and hardware, who like problem-solving, designing systems, working at the intersection of software and physical devices. Also good for those who appreciate practical engineering work - building real circuits, configuring controllers, integrating sensors/actuators - as well as those who might aspire to research or development roles (e.g. designing advanced control systems, robotics, industrial automation or cyber-physical systems).
Co wyróżnia kierunek
The curriculum is flexible: there is often a choice of specializations or elective courses, which allows students to tailor their path to their interests: whether more towards hardware, control systems, robotics, industrial automation, or software for automation.
Umiejętności i kompetencje absolwenta
By the end of the master’s studies you will be able to: design, program, and configure control systems - both hardware and software - for continuous or discrete processes; work with microprocessors, PLCs, embedded controllers, sensors, actuators, integrating them into functional automated systems or robots; develop and implement robotic, autonomous, mobile or measurement systems, including advanced control, signal processing, and possibly AI-based decision modules; collaborate in teams, manage projects in industrial or research settings.
Perspektywy zawodowe
Depending on the chosen specialization, graduates can find employment as high-class specialists in industrial automation systems, designers of advanced electronic and computer systems, data analysts or specialists in artificial intelligence and machine learning systems. These studies are a good way to obtain an interesting and well-paid job.

Wymiana międzynarodowa
Students can primarily benefit from the Erasmus+ Programme, which allows them to complete part of their studies or traineeships at partner universities in EU countries as well as non-EU partners, including associated countries (e.g. Iceland, Norway, Turkey) and partner regions worldwide (the Balkans, Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, Latin America, Asia and Africa). In addition, students may take part in mobility based on Memoranda of Understanding (MoU) with non-EU universities. The University holds the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE), cooperates with many international partners and offers support in qualification and preparation for mobility.
